The Environment committee aims to create a space for networking, collaboration and support between SRUK/CERU members across the UK with a common research interest and the following objectives:
- To promote the research related to Plant Sciences, Agricultural Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences by SRUK/CERU members.
- To create a collaborative network of stakeholders with an interest in Plant Sciences, Agricultural Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences, including academia, research agencies, government, industry, and any research-related sector in the UK and Spain.
- To organise events related to Plant Sciences, Agricultural Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences and liaise with these researchers in the UK and Spain.
