The SRUK/CERU mentoring committee will do the matching, then:
The Mentee will arrange the first meeting.
In this first meeting, Mentor and Mentee will discuss what the Mentee’s expectations are, the Mentor’s experience and suitability to guide the Mentee, as well as the format and frequency of the meetings. Mentors and Mentees shall also agree on the expected duration of their relationship.
After 2 months, mentor and mentee will inform the SRUK Mentoring Committee on their progress and the success of their match. When no common interests are found between mentor and mentee, the matching process will start again and a new mentor will be assigned.
