Involvement in SRUK/CERU

Graduated in Biology at the University of the Basque Country. Meanwhile, she also completed her studies on Piano in the Conservatory. Holds an MSc between the University of Oviedo and Cranfield University, where she specialized on Food Biotechnology. Started her PhD in applied mycology at the University of Montpellier (France) and Cranfield University (UK), to specialize in the development of biocontrol agents to reduce mycotoxins in food. Currently, she is a postdoc in Sustainable Cold Chain at Cranfield University. Actively supporting CERU after volunteering for the last two annual symposia. Enthusiast of CERU’s role in helping Spanish researchers in their path to adapting to a new country, both personally and professionally.
