Soy María Fernández Rhodes, estudiante de doctorado del School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences de la Universidad de Loughborough desde 2019. Completé un grado en bioquímica en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) en 2018 y un master en genética y biology celular en la Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (UAM), Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) y Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (UAH) en 2019. Tras unos meses, me ofrecieron estudiar el doctorado en Reino Unido con el Dr Owen Davies y el Professor Mark Lewis. Mi trabajo se centra en estudiar las vesículas extra celulares y la medicina regenerativa. Actualmente estoy trabajando en descifrar la comunicación molecular entre el músculo esquelético y el hueso a través de vesículas extra celulares, pero estoy preparada para todos los retos que la ciencia y la vida me pongan por delante.
