Involvement in SRUK/CERU

I completed an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Masters in Neuroimaging at King’s College London. In 2019 I finished by PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at University of Barcelona, during which I employed neuroimaging techniques to study the brain of people with Huntington’s disease. After my PhD, I decided to change career and studied a postgraduate certificate in Science Communication at the University of Cambridge, which I recently finished.I have created my own science communication project, “Cerebrotes”, using YouTube and Twitter to talk about the human brain, psychology and the impact of lifestyle on our health.
