The decision about selected abstracts will be communicated by June 20^th. Please note that abstracts will not be accepted after the deadline.

If you are planning on submitting an abstract, you can apply for an SRUK/CERU Microgrant to attend the Symposium. Would you be keen on applying for one of these microgrants to cover part of your travel expenses?

Saturday Dinner

For those keen on joining us on Saturday (July 5^th) for dinner, please check the menu via this link.

Each person will order (when/if they want) their food/drinks individually, so you can join us for informal dinner, drinks, or just to socialise and have some fun!

Brew York is family friendly until 20:00h, so all under 18s will be asked to leave the venue by then.

Accommodation

We have a special rate with James College. The rooms are of single occupancy (no exceptions) with a private bathroom. The rate includes breakfast: £69.6/person/night including VAT. Rooms shall be allocated on a "first come, first served basis", and we expect them to sell out.

If you decide to book one of such rooms, please read the agreement and rules we have signed and agreed to; amongst which we would like to highlight the following:

You confirm that you will abide to the agreement with the accommodation.
You confirm that you will cover the costs if SRUK/CERU is charged by any damage caused to the accommodation.

Please submit one registration form per person, you cannot use the same form to register more than one individual. Children up to 11 go free, and so they do not need to register!
