Currently, more than 5000 Spanish researchers are carrying out their research in the UK. According to CERU’s survey among its members, more than 60% of them believe that both their personal and professional lives will be affected. Many of these researchers plan to leave the UK, while 43% are still waiting for the events development to happen. Such decisions are likely to lead to a large loss of skilled professionals, says Dr. Luna.
