The Midlands Constituency
To celebrate the start of a new academic year, on Friday, 15 October, from 18:00 to 20.00 h, CERU/SERUK Midlands celebrates a Welcome Event. It is an opportunity to meet new people, make friends and catch up with old buddies. We will explain our aim, go through last year’s events and showcase new ones. We will also have our local annual assembly where we will present our shiny new working group, which you are all welcome to join!
Learn who we are and what we do by joining us in person in Westmere House at the University of Birmingham on Friday, 15 October at 18.00 h (no excuse, FREE drinks and snacks will be provided) or ALSO via ZOOM.
COVID-19 guidelines will be followed at all times.

How to get to Westmere House?
It will depend on traffic, but we would recommend buses if coming from New Street Station as they will leave you right in front of Westmere House.
Bus: 61, 63 (~30 mins) , X21 and X22 (~20 mins). These are £1 buses if you work at any university or the NHS.
Train: New Street Station to University Station; then walk (18 min.). Alternatively, get a bus (either X21 or X22 (~6 min.)) to get from University Station to Westmere House.
Car: Free parking space available.
