SRUK Scotland – Welcome event

Join us in Stirling for our SRUK Scotland Welcome event! 

We will visit some beautiful places in and around Stirling City Centre

1. The city centre and its old buildings is worth the visit on its own. We will take a short walk from there and go up to walk around Stirling Castle – where Mary Queen of Scots was crowned-, the Church of Holy Rude and the cemetery behind it and, if the weather is nice enough, we will visit King’s Knot and King’s Park.
2. After lunch, we can enjoy amazing views of the Wallace Monument and the Forth River and Valley from Gowan Hill.
3. If you fancy it, we will finish having a drink -Stirling oldest alehouse is from 1733-.

Be prepared! We will meet at 11:00 am on Sunday 23rd of October at Stirling train station. Don’t forget to bring comfy footwear.
