Dr. Isabel Murillo Cabeza will also accompany us. (author of the story Hello, Ms E.coli!, and one of the winners of the Ciencia-me un Cuento contest). Murillo is Senior Lecturer in Microbiology at the University of Bristol. In addition to investigating microbiology, Murillo teaches this subject to students at the university and serves as her mentor. Murillo is part of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Bristol and is a member of the Sociedad de Científicos Españoles en Reino Unido (CERU), where she collaborates in the organization of symposiums and other activities. Murillo was the winner of the first edition of CERU’s science story contest for children, Ciencia-me un Cuento, with the story Hello, Ms E.coli!.
