When? 28th November, 19:00
Where? St Hugh’s College (St Margaret’s Rd, Oxford OX2 6LE)
Get ready for a night of learning and pizza! The Oxford SRUK/CERU team is excited to bring the 3rd edition of Nobel Prizes for Dummies, an event where we break down the 2024 Nobel Prizes in Physics, Medicine/Physiology, and Chemistry in a relaxed, accessible way.
Come hear our expert panelists give short, 15-20 minute talks that dive into the discoveries shaping our world—perfect whether you’re a scientist or just a curious mind. We’ll make the complex relatable and the extraordinary understandable!
Afterwards, join us for a casual dinner with pizza and conversation—open to everyone attending! This is a chance to learn, connect, and celebrate amazing scientific achievements in a welcoming atmosphere.
Not part of Oxford University? No problem! This event is open to all.
Learning is better with a topping of cheese and pepperoni. See you there!
