This evening event, hosted at the Luis Vives Room of the Embassy of Spain in London, is organised by the Science Policy Department of the Society of Spanish Researchers in the United Kingdom (SRUK/CERU).
The event will bring together researchers, policymakers and relevant stakeholders to discuss the challenges and opportunities in UK-EU scientific relations. It will start with the presentation of the SRUK/CERU report “The impact of Brexit on academic and student mobility”, where we will also highlight the proactive role of SRUK/CERU in addressing the challenges in research mobility. It will be followed by a panel discussion with representatives from key institutions, including The Royal Society and UKRI, and will conclude with a networking reception.
Attendance is free, conducted in English, and open to all interested SRUK/CERU members. Registration is now closed.
SRUK/CERU members commuting from other cities will be eligible for a microgrant to partially cover travel costs. Apply early, as microgrants will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
