The Midlands Constituency is organizing its first Scientific Meeting on the 25th of January in Westmere House, Birmingham (B15 2RA). Join us to present your research!!
You can join the event in three different modalities, but bear in mind they have distinct deadlines:
- Just attendance (deadline 20th of January)
- Poster presentation (deadline 20th of December, extended until the 12th of January)
- Short talk (deadline 20th of December, extended until the 12th of January)
The event is free for all SRUK/CERU members and costs £7 for everybody else (join us, everyone is welcome!, the more the merrier!). There would be free food and prizes for the best communications.
If you want to showcase your research, the deadline for submitting abstracts is the 20th of December (extended until the 12th of January). Ensure you have registered for the event before submitting your communication. For the abstract submission you will need:
- Authors (in the same order they will be included in the abstract book)
- Affiliation/affiliations
- Title
- Abstract (250 word maximum)

For SRUK/CERU members travelling from other UK cities, there is a limited number of available microgrants to help cover part of the trip cost. Apply for one of them through our member zone as soon as possible, as they will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
