At this year’s London Welcome Party we are holding a pre-drinks Show and Tell session where our members are invited to participate. We are thrilled to know more about those things that interest you: the results of your last experiment, that protocol that you know so well, what your day-to-day looks like…
This is an excellent opportunity to practice public speaking, find potential collaborations, or just have fun. Come along and impress us with your abilities and knowledge!
- Talks must be in English and are limited to 3 minutes. You can bring any physical material to support your talk (traditional screen presentations will not be allowed).
- Sign up in advance, so that we can plan the event: drop us an email to [email protected] before Monday, 7th of September showing interest. Include:
- Your name.
- A title for your talk.
- Your position and research institution.
Don’t forget to bring friends and colleagues along!
The event will start at 18:30h on the 10th of October at The Star Tavern, 6 Belgrave Mews West, Belgravia, London, SW1X.
