Join #SRUKOxford to celebrate the 2022 International Day of Women and Girls in Science (11F) on 9th February at 6 pm. We will be screening the award-winning documentary, Picture a Scientist, followed by a panel discussion at the Mary Ogilvie Lecture Theatre (at St. Anne’s College, Oxford).
In our panel discussion, we will welcome three outstanding female scientists at different stages of their careers:
Prof. Kate Watkins is an Experimental Psychologist at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (WIN) at University of Oxford and a tutorial fellow at St Anne’s College.
Dr. Olivia Afonso is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Health and Professional Development at Oxford Brookes University.
Dr. Georgina Gregory is a Postdoctoral Researcher in polymer chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, University of Oxford, and a Junior Research Fellow in Chemistry at Wadham College.
