Involvement in SRUK/CERU

    I started my career focusing on Sport performance for both football and basketball while teaching several courses for “Técnico en actividades físicas y Deportivas” in Spain. Since I moved to the UK, I have re-focused my career towards the impact of physical activity on our health, pursuing a PhD at Manchester Metropolitan University on physiology, muscular mechanics and its impact on the prompt recovery of abdominal injuries.
