Support underrepresented groups by coordinating existing committees and promoting new initiatives and good practices.
Oversee our diversity, equality and welfare initiatives. Liaise with the initiative leaders to coordinate activities and be their representative.
Support underrepresented groups. Represent their interests, advocating for inclusivity within our Society and advising on policy changes.
Explore new initiatives. Explore and support new initiatives relevant to underrepresented groups.
