Paula Martin-Gonzalez is a Biomedical Engineer from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and holds a Masters in Medical Physics and Imaging from Imperial College London. She is currently pursuing her PhD at University of Cambridge aiming to ease cancer diagnosis and treatment using computational models, based in AI and Machine Learning. She has enjoyed research stays in Spain, US and UK, the latter being a Rafael del Pino Scholar. In 2019, she was selected as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow to attend Gap Summit 2019 at Broad Institute (MIT-Harvard) in order to discuss the future of bio-economy and biotechnology.
