Scientific background: Daniel obtained his degree in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona in 2013. His growing interest in nanotechnology and electrochemistry encouraged him to complete a Master’s Degree in “Electrochemistry. Science and Technology” (2013-2014). Since October 2014, Daniel is a doctoral researcher in the Centre for Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Research at the University of Birmingham, under the supervision of Dr. Neil V Rees and Dr. Andrey Kaplan. His research focuses on the preparation of earth-abundant catalysts for PEM electrolyser applications.
