Current Board of Directors
I did my BSc degree in Biochemistry in Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where I also worked in Professor Balbino Alarcón’s group studying the ligand binding properties of the T-cell receptor. After graduating in 2015, I moved to Cambridge to start a PhD in Epigenetics in Professor Wolf Reik’s group in the Babraham Institute. I am interested in the epigenetic mechanisms that drive the first days of embryonic development, from fertilization to implantation into the mother’s uterus. I joined SRUK in 2016 and have been involved in the organization as part of the working group since 2018.
