We are looking for the new Head of our Territorial Department. Contribute to run our Society while you gain new skills and generate a positive impact!
Main duties:
- To oversee active SRUK/CERU constituencies, to liaise with the Heads of each constituency and to provide advice on their activities.
- To hold a meeting with the director of each constituency and their team after the new roles are appointed.
- To oversee and draw strategies to reactivate dormant constituencies and be the point of contact to create new constituencies where there is a demand.
- To hold meetings with the constituency directors to enhance cooperation and to draw a strategy for maximising the impact of events across constituencies.
Secondary duties:
- To propose and standardise guidelines in collaboration with the Heads of each constituency for the promotion and development of events, to have a higher impact and, ultimately, to recruit volunteers.
- To coordinate the joint constituency events (Welcome and Christmas, among others), including their promotion on social media and the design of promotional material following the guidelines of the SRUK/CERU Communications Department and SRUK/CERU Design Committee.
- To monitor the email accounts of the dormant constituencies and the constituency groups in the SRUK/CERU Members Zone and any other strategies necessary to re-activate them.
