This is a photography contest that aims to reinforce the importance and beauty of our daily research through photography, and make it more accessible to the general public. It represents a unique opportunity for SRUK/CERU researchers to capture their work and share it in a different way.
Who can Participate?
The call is open to all SRUK/CERU members as well as SRUK/CERU associates and friends who wish to capture the beauty of their work related to any field of research including: Mathematics, Biology, Medicine and Health, Chemistry, Ecology, and Environmental Science, Physics, Astronomy, Engineering Technology, Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences and Science Communication.

May 2023 Announcement of 12 finalist photographs
7-9th July Closure event and announcement of the 4th winners during the SRUK/CERU X International Symposium, in London.
4 prizes in different categories!
There are 4 prizes, three to the winning photographs of each category chosen by the Panel of Experts: originality, technique and research communication; and a fourth prize for the photograph voted (among the 12 finalists) by all SRUK members.
The 12 finalist photographs are published on the Investigación en Foco website, and are used to create the annual SRUK/CERU calendar!
