On December 7th, the Oxford Constituency will hold its Annual Assembly at 7pm in the pub The White House, 38 Abingdon Road, Oxford, OX1 4PD. We will review the activities that have been organised throughout the year and we will also draft the activities to be organised on the upcoming year. We will renew the Directive Board of the constituency. This means we will hold an election for the post of President, Vice-president and Secretary. Furthermore, we will update the working group and we will welcome any other members of the Constituency to join in. As the new Directive Board will represent the Oxford constituency and its member’s interests, we thus require as much attendance as possible.
After the Annual Assembly, we welcome members and non-members to join us in a festive dinner at 8:30pm in the pub Home, 200 Abingdon Rd, Oxford OX1 4RA, to celebrate this year’s achievements. If you are planning to attend please, register using the link above.
We strongly encourage all members to attend the Annual Assembly and to join the working group, where they can meet new researchers and acquire new skills!
See you all there!
