We are pleased to invite you to our next event in Manchester, a Symposium on Neuroscience which will take place on the 9th of November at the Instituto Cervantes of Manchester.
This Symposium will cover from the basics of Neuroscience to Neuroculture. Firstly, we will have an introduction to neuroscience by Dr Clara García Gorro (Science communicator), followed by an insight to the links between neuroscience and education by Dr David Bueno i Torrens (University of Barcelona), and finishing with Dr Bo Yao (University of Manchester), who will show us the importance of the inner speech. Secondly, we will hold a debate on how new advances in neuroscience can impact our learning and teaching, both scientifically and personally, led by our three speakers.
The symposium will be followed by the Award Ceremony of Science-me Story initiative, which will also include a storytelling session for our youngest participants.
