“Art&Science, a SRUK initiative” held the last exhibition in Cambridge on Wednesday 6th of December.
With the initiative “Art and Science” (ART & Science), we wanted to create a space where scientists and artists can work together, communicate and learn from each other, to finally transmit the scientific knowledge to the general public in a more comprehensible format, suggestive and much less abstract.
For this, scientists and artists explored the same scientific question and presented their works to the public in London (June), Madrid (November) and Cambridge (December).
Three winning projects were chosen: Common Bio by Marta Fuster and Tomás Di Domenico, Regeneration and Recycling by Jane Frost and Ana López and Seed dispersal in a Fragmented Landscape by Jon Heras and Juan Pedro González-Varo.
This time, the exhibition took place in the Barnabas Church, Cambridge, and we certainly enjoyed our time in this amazing venue!
